These are my favorite affirmations I have personally worked with this entire year to; empower myself, align with my most true intentions, and especially to balance and harmonize my 7 main chakras. I highly recommend saying all of them every day, with a strong dictation and within the first 30 minutes of waking up! Of course, adjust them as needed, and please let me know how they end up working for you!!

Here are some of my favorite deeply reflective journal prompts. I recommend taking your time and meditating on the thoughts and feelings that each one brings up for you before writing anything.
